Coverage: On the occurrence of any of the below mentioned insured events, the Company agrees to pay you/your nominee.
- Accidental Death: Sum Insured as specified under the respective benefit in the event of death resulting from an accident.
- Permanenet Total Disablement (PTD): Sum Insured as specified unde the respective benefit in the event of Permanent Total Disablement resulting from an accident.
- Accidental Hospitalization Expenses Reimburesement: Medical expenses incurred in case of Hospitalization (minimum 24 hours.), due to injury, within 7 days from the date of accident.
Main Exclusions:This policy does not cover losses arising out of suicide/ attemped suicide, self- injury, venereal diseases, war and nuclear perils, during childbirth, whilst under the influence of intoxication, liquor & drugs, mental disorders.
Eligibility: The proposer has to be between 18-60 years.
Tenure: You will be covered for a period of 1 Year.
Sum Assured:
- Option 1- Accidental Death/ PTD- Rs. 10 Lakhs. Accidental Hospitalization Expenses Reimbursement- Rs. 1,00,000.
- Option 2: Accidental Death/ PTD- Rs.25 Lakhs. Accidental Hospitalization Expenses Reimbursement- Rs. 1,00,000.
Premium:
- For Option 1 (of Sum insurred) Rs. 2100/-
- For Option 2 (of Sum insurred) Rs. 4130 incl. of all taxes.
Documents To be Submitted During Claim: FIR, Post-mortem Report, Death Certificate, Medical/ Hospital Report, Dischage Card, duly completed clais form and any other document as may required by the company.
